My suggestion:
Type up a standard (boilerplate) answer about the MMD -- how to subscribe
and what a subscriber can expect. You might include references to MBSI
and/or other organizations and web sites as sources for information and
membership. Do not try to answer any specific questions -- just give
enough info so they can find their own answers. It's okay for them to do
a little work too! Since you're only going to write the "boilerplate"
once, you can make it as nice as you like.
The object would be first for Jody to be able to respond to every inquiry
quickly and only once, and second to give enough information so
the inquiring party is pointed in the right direction and can find
his/her own answers. While it's nice to be helpful, you and Jody are
busy enough editing the digest.
Hope this helps.
