Ivory Glue
By Larry Lobel

Rick, I've tried the ivory glue wafers that were "original equipment,"
but find them very hard to work with.

I find contact cement works fine: Weldwood is a commonly available brand
and is good, but buy it in the quart size tin rather than the little 4
or 6 ounce bottle with brush attachment; the consistency is thinner and
easier to use in the larger container.

I don't know what "CA" is, either. Finding replacement ivories is going
to be your BIG problem; I have some but they're too scarce to part with.
Good luck.
