Seek Competent Cross-Country Piano Mover
By Marc Sachnoff

Folks: I just bought a restored, re-strung Franklin Ampico upright
from an old friend in Chicago and need to move the piano to my home in
Los Angeles. In years past I used a mover named Gene Sandberg, but my
attempts to contact him have not been successful. Have any other MMD'ers
used other movers?

D. L. Bullock says in his recent post that he had a piano shipped from
St. Louis MO to Washington DC for $125. I can barely get a piano moved
across Los Angeles for $100. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

Best regards,
Marc Sachnoff
