Administriva: Network Problems Delay Digest

My apologies to our readers for last night's Digest not being
transmitted until today.  We've been having some intermittent
network problems and the "foxtail" computer decided last night
that Robbie was a "hacker" and wouldn't let him log in.  I was
at an IEEE (an engineering professional association) meeting downtown
last night, and Robbie couldn't get in touch with me.  I think
I've got things back to normal now...
