Hi Timothy, This is a very good question and one I can not directly
answer. Therefore, I am going to present the question to the Mechanical
Music Digest. I'm certain that one of the more than 550 members knows
exactly where they can be found. WAIT! I have an idea. There is a new
archive on-line at the MMD web site with a search capability. I'll do a
search. Their site is at www.foxtail.com. and the archive is at
mmd.foxtail.com.
Go directly to the archive at mmd.foxtail.com. Then select the 'KWIC'
link. Then 'R'. An alphabetical list will come up. Scroll the list till
you get the 'Recordings'. You will have to read through the articles to
find out which ones pertain directly to your question. If you have any
problems, let me know.
