Shipping Cost for Rolls

Shipping costs can sometime be reduced.  I have been able to send piano
rolls at the Special 4th Class Book Rate, which is very low.  Some post
office officals see piano rolls as music "literature" and therefore go
under the book rate.  Bill Chapman
