List of Unrestored Players Available
By D. L. Bullock

I have actually had several requests for my list of unrestored players.
I have a partial list I am sending. I am planning to get around to
completing it someday. Several of these in the list may have been sold,
but not to worry. There are several times this many available that I do
not have on the list. These are mostly 88-note upright players. They
have not been screwed up by some hack, they are untouched. Of course
the reproducers are not $295, but most of the others are. I seem to
have several of several brands. I have about 15 Manualo players
including Modello (two tier stack), Ellington, Monarch, Hamilton,
Howard, at least two of each (all these 3 tier). The best way is to
come to St. Louis (TWA hub) and we will go through all of them.
There are 3 Gulbransens (glued Stacks). If there is any part missing,
we WILL have spares in the collection to replace what is missing. The
65 note instruments are not for sale. I would like to find a home for
the Knabe grand (soon to be gutted) in town that I do not own. It will
be $5,000.00 If I had a real offer I might get the price down some from
that. There are five or six more I got in recently that I have not even
looked at. These are Lesters, Francis Bacon and others.

Yes I am a business, but I am not planning to make a killing off of
unrestored players. I have invested more in saving them from the dump
than I could ever get for them.

 The short list follows:

any GOOD! technicians need a job and want to move to a town that
has PLENTY of pianos of all kinds?? We have a two + year waiting
list of restoration projects

 [ Editor's note:
 [
[ I did a little clean-up on the list, above. It will benefit from
[ being viewed in a mono-space font. I fear that I may have left
[ something out in reformatting the table. D.L. -- Please let
 [ me know.
