I checked out a great magazine from the library today.  It's called
American Heritage.  You'd need to go to some archives of your local
library to find this, but it's a great article!  It's in the issue of
May-June 1988 page 90.  You really need to see it!  It has some info on
orchestrations too!  They have a fabulous color full page photo of a
Wurlitzer CX (1914) which has been totally restored to it's *original*
look!  The article runs about 4 pages.
