Cylinder Re-pinning Tools

More questions from the Isle of Man!

I now have four cylinder boxes of my own that need a re-pin and I now have a lathe specially adapted to grinding the pins. But is there a tool into which you insert the pin wire so that you can then push the wire home and the tool will snip the wire off?

I seem to remember something like this, but perhaps someone more experienced can comment.
