Barrel Organ in Branson MO USA
By Kera Anderson

Aha! I was tunneling through the storage lockers today, finding the body and horn to the Victor schoolhouse to ship to someone, and I came across the first records of the museum, which contain the following information on the barrel orchestra:

"Eldorado, Antwerp, Belgium, 7-foot solid walnut case, signed
Heubner paintings on doors, 8-song cylinders, snare drum, bass drum,
  piano, castanets, cymbals, xylophone, etc."

Now can you tell me what this thing is? Is El Dorado the name of the unit or the manufacturer? Does that mean we have 24 songs, if we have three barrels? With this information, can you give me some idea of the real value of this thing?

Thanks, Kera Anderson
