And that's how I interpreted what Bob wrote! It doesn't make any sense at all otherwise.
To be exhaustively explicit, my tracker bar has, from left to right, the following hole pattern: (I'm doing this from memory, so bear with me if the placement of the sustain hole is mixed up):
- two small staggered holes which connect to the pneumatic automatic tracking device - a large hole which connects to the sustain pneumatic - a wide narrow slot, connecting to the bass expression unit - the 88 playing note holes - another wide narrow slot, connecting to the treble expression unit - two more small staggered holes, also connecting to the pneumatic automatic tracking device.
I've ignored references to the solodant on/off, play/rewind and sustain on/off slide valves.
[ The tracker bar seems to be intended for a Solodant/Themodist [ expression system fitted with the "4-hole Standard" paper guidance [ system. Unusual ! -- Robbie

I would tend to refer to "all the holes in the tracker bar" generically as "tracker bar holes". Otherwise, they are all unambiguous.

[ I like "tracker bar holes" too, but see Craig's definitions next. |
