Short Story and Holiday Greeting
By John A. Tuttle
This is a short true story about an old upright piano that was for sale for $125.00. As told to me by the technician/tuner buying the unit, it sounded pretty good, it looked pretty good, and all the ivories were intact.
But just to be on the safe side he removed the bottom board and exposed two cloth money bags, chock-full of gold and silver coins. Smiling from ear to ear, the owner grabbed the coins saying, "_That's_ were she hid them". The tuners heart fell through his toenails. Then the owner said, "Thanks, you can have the piano!"
Pandora and I wish everyone a Happy and Safe Holiday Season! Tis the season to be jolly... so GET OUT THERE AND HAVE A GOOD TIME! Also, a Special Holiday Greeting goes to The Kravitz Family and The Rhodes Family for their selflessness which makes possible one of the finest, if not the finest, Internet forum. God's blessings be with you.
Musically, John and Pandora Tuttle
