Tracker Bar Suction Pump
By Rick Inzero

I've just been given a tracker bar suction pump (used to clean the tracker bar and tubes of a player piano), and don't know how to use/maintain the pump -- it came without instructions. It looks like the one in the QRS catalog- made of unpainted aluminum. Does someone have a copy of a set of instructions they could send me or just describe it on-line? E.g., suck each tracker hole, or a couple at a time? How fast to pull on handle? Does it ever need lubrication? When to clean or change the filter screen -- after a few notes, pianos or years?

Thanks!
