Please edit the subject line of your message to make an appropriate for the Index. Creativity here is fine. Including the date of a previous digest containing a similar subject is fine, but PLEASE include a useable Subject line.
Please take the time to re-read your articles and make spelling and grammatical corrections before sending them, so I don't have to.
Please don't quote entire articles when referring to a previous message. Its especially important that you don't quote an ENTIRE previous digest. This has been happening a lot lately.
Please don't be discouraged by these requests. They will help me a lot in preparing the digests.
