Juni 1996 wird Wolfgang Heisig in Chemnitz (East-Germany) anläßlich der Ausstellungseröffnung "LYONEL FEININGER 200 Holzschnitte aus Privatbesitz - Eine Ausstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunstverein Ludwigsburg" in den Städtischen Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz 2 Fugen von Lyonel Feininger auf der Phonola interpretieren.
