Expression Box Diagram

Our friends (heavily into players but not on the net) have purchased a Euphonia Cable upright Recordo sans the expression box.
I can show Dave the box on my Recordo but , knowing him, he'll want to survey several examples before he builds one from scratch. Can anyone point me to other detailed descriptions of expression boxes? (We both have the Reblitz book).
Of course, if anyone has a box sitting around sans player, that would be of interest also.
