[ I have removed the previously attached .zip file at the end of this
[ digest and have placed them in the FTP archive on foxtail. The
[ problem is that most of the recipients of this message the first
[ time could not read the attachment, and worse, the attachment caused
[ many of the subscribers to not be able to read the text portion
[ of the message either. I'm retransmitting this message today, 14apr96
[ in the hopes that everyone will be able to see the text portion this
[ time. My apologies to those of you have seen this before and my
[ find it boring the second time around.
