Yesterday Robbie Rhodes forwarded information to us about an 84-Key Mortier that will be sold at auction on 12 April 1996, in Chambery, in the French Alps. Robbie forwarded the _mailed_ message to us via e-mail. This is round-about method was because Philippe's Internet Service Provider does not allow the transmission of commercial messages by its subscribers. Since the U.S.Government stopped subsidizing the U.S. portion of the Internet, most of these restrictions have been lifted within the US, and many of us forget that proper etiquette varies depending on the service provider.
In particular, it would be inappropriate to correspond with Philippe via Internet e-mail about this auction. I have checked my records, and have come up with a Fax number which would be an appropriate method as an alternative to a voice call. Philippe's fax number is:
