Yes, I have had the problem, but I suspect it is not with the daily digest squirted out from Jody's machine. It is most likely a shortcoming of some mail readers. I ordinarily use UniQWK 4.2 as my offline mail reader because of its many desirable features. However, it does have a shortcoming in that it truncates single large messages of xxk or bigger.
The full data is there in the incoming mail packet (I can see it there at the hex level), so when I encounter these occasionally glitches, I simply revert back momentarily to humble old SLMR (Silly Little Message Reader), and save the oversize message to a disk file.
While I can't recall if I've noticed this with these digests, I do encounter this situation occasionally with the daily digests I receive from SPEBSQSA. Most are about 30k in size, but every once in a while, one comes through as a whopping 90k single message.
