Introduction; MIDI to the Outside World

Hello, We recently subscribed here and would like to introduce ourselves. We are called MediaMation and we make Midi to "outside world" (valves, servos, relays, voltages etc.) and "outside world to Midi" products. I also recently bought an antique pump organ. If I get the manufacturer info off of it could anyone give some insight into its history/age etc? It is beautiful and has only one stuck note that I would like to repair.
