FS: Ampico Recuts
By Bruce Clark
Dear Jody, If there is a way to post a small notice on the internet, could you do it for me. This local fidonet is if'y and not always reliable. My Roll project is just three rolls about 15 of each. When they are gone, that is it, unless I have more orders. This is a first time project for me, and I am striving for very high quality and labels that are accurate and resemble originals. The rolls are
206971 Who played by Adam Carroll 209613 The Man I Love played by Adam Carroll 214161 Louisiana Hayride played by Ralph Addison
They should be ready by January 20th But the problem of comunicating via E-Mail does not always work. Therefore, I suggest that anyone interested reserve their order via old fashioned mail. The cost of the rolls will be as reasonable as most, but being new,at this, The cost will be determined by my expenses. I would assume that the rolls will be comparable with other re-cuts and lower if I can do it. I will send out a notice to those who place their reservations along with the price. If they want the roll they can then send a check.
Send reservations to:
Bruce A. Clark 8264 Interlaken Beach Road Interlaken New York 14847
If you do not receive a reply, you will know I am sold out. If I receive a lot more reservations, I will consider another run of 20 each.
Well that seems to be all the news, and hopefully this message will get to you . You have no idea of how many have been bounced, and the frustration fo those trying to reach me getting their mail bounced. Sometimes you can send the same bounced message back and it will go through. It is puzzling, frustrating, but we must be aware that E-mail is still in its early stage. Bye for now. BC
[ Editor's Note: [ I had some reservations about posting this, as Bruce is no longer [ a subscriber to the group. However he "dropped out" because of [ continuing e-mail problems with his FidoNet connection rather than [ disinterest. Bruce has an interesting and long background with [ Ampico Piano rebuilding and has a listed phone number. |
