Re: Thorens Music Box
By Beatrice Robertson

In regard to the Thorens Music Box: Your description was good - the discs are 4 /12" and the Fair was 1939. These little boxes turn up now and then.
However, there are similar ones being made presently, and I think they can be purchased at some of the larger San Francisco Music Box Stores. I will keep my eyes open for the older one, however. Since I print all the digests, I have your inquiry on file. Meanwhile, an ad in your local area antique paper may turn up something. Good luck.

P.S. Thanks Bob conant, for the kind words. The MBSI convention ended up with nearly 475 attendees. And 100 Visitors who paid to see the $2,000,000. exhibit and 15,000 sq. ft. Mart.
