WWW Site for Mac Computers
By Rob DeLand
I stumbled on a site that may be of interest to Macintosh users. I was poking around doing a search on "harpsichord", and found an operation in Seattle that sells kits of various obscure & folk instruments. Anyway, they had a page with a number of shareware and freeware programs for displaying oscilloscope functions on your Mac, as well as frequency counters, sound file playback applications, and sound editors.
The address is http://wwwhost.ots.utexas.edu/mac/pub-mac-sound.html if you're interested. I know this is on the fringe as far as AMI goes, but it seems to fit some of the threads we've had lately.
