Introduction

Jody suggested that as a new member of the group (#104), I should introduce myself. First of all, thank you Jody for doing such a good job of such a big job.
I am Roger Stern. My wife Anne & I are semiretired and operate a small investment business from our home office on the north shore of Blakely Harbor, Bainbridge Island, in Washington State. My education is in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and my professional background is in Digital Communications.
I am a reproducing piano hobbiest. In the past we have rebuilt a Weber Grand piano with a Duo-Art pneumatic reproducing system. Also, my friend Bob Carter and I were two of the early Pianocorder Installers here in the Northwest.
Today my interests are primarily with digital reproducing systems. I enjoy the mechanical and electromechanical, as well as the digital electronics aspects of the hobby and look forward to being a part of this group.
