Here's a little list of information found on the Internet which, unless it becomes too large, I will submit for inclusion in the general piano FAQ which is now in preparation. I have labeled it "draft", because I hope you folks out there will have something to add or will find something to correct or update.

This document contains references to Internet resources which are piano-related or of likely interest to piano players. It is intended to answer questions posted on rec.music.makers. piano of the type "Where can I find ________________ on the Internet?"
It is assumed that the reader has a fundamental familiarity with the various internet facilities, e.g., World-Wide Web, FTP, Gopher, telnet, etc.
The author welcomes any additions or corrections.

FAQs for on rec.music.makers.piano are posted monthly on rec.music.makers.piano, rec.answers, and news.answers. They may be obtained by FTP from rtfm.mit.edu/pub/usenet/news.answers/music/piano/ and on the WWW at http://www.mit.edu:8001/afs/athena/user/i/s/isako/www/ rmmp-faq.html
