The official cut-off date for the first-ever "WWW//Silent-Auction-and-Garage-Sale-of-Old-Stuff" is next Monday, July 10 at midnight. The treasures listed below will be sold for whatever is bid -- even $1! The sale price is FOB California. I will pack the item for shipment and ship via your directions.
Here's the listing and current bids:
AMPICO Baby Grand - Franklin piano cerca 1926. Older restoration, very good piano action, plays well. Neoprene tubing. Light mahog cabinet in nice condition. Art deco style with graceful, bowed legs. Boxes of rolls go with it. I have owned this piano for about fifteen years. Current bid is $5,600.
WURLITZER 44 key Pianino - cerca 1910. Older restoration, plays well and looks very nice. Original oval, beveled glass in front. Plays on a nickle! Current bid is 3,800.
Mutoscope "Clamshell" peep show -- all original! Red with gold trim. Very good condition. Photo available via fax. Current bid is $1,500.
VIOLANO ROLLS - #3006 good condition, #3060 looks good but marked "torn" in pencil (I don't remember if it was repaired). #2125 damaged into first song. All have 5 songs per roll, titles for 3006 and 3060 are available via fax. 3 rolls total, sold as lot. Current bid is $75.
EDISON PHONOGRAPH CYLINDERS -- approximately 50+. Individually wrapped in old newspaper -- some with names written outside wrapper. Spot inspection shows cylinders to be in fair to excellent condition. 2 and 4 minutes. Could be rare titles! Sold as lot. Current bid is $250.
MORTON'S ROLL # A-117 (for 65 note electric rewind piano - cut Nov '58) Good condition. Titles available via fax. No current bid.
SYMPHONION Discs - 7 each, 14" some rust, some crimps, still play. Titles are German. Sold as lot. Current bid $20.
POLYPHON Discs - 14 each, 19-3/4" some rust, OK condition, English titles available via fax. 3 are reproductions (?). Sold as lot. Current bid is $40.
COIN SLOTS - 7 assorted slots, never used. Sold as lot. Current bid is $1.
