The image of the smaller scale stick, marked "Original scale for Caliola", shows the pipes connected as in the list above. The image of the larger scale stick shows complete annotation for APP, with subordinate marks showing the Caliola pipes connected to APP tracker bar holes 26 through 69, i.e., one tone flat. Possibly this is because the noteur who used the larger scale stick was arranging tunes for an instrument with pipes that were actually tuned one tone flatter than the note stamped on the pipe.
